Now What? Peer Support Program
Do you or someone you love struggle with ADHD/ ADD symptoms? Do you suspect you or someone you love might have ADHD? Have you recently received an ADHD diagnosis for yourself or a child or teen and are not sure what to do or where to turn? So, now what?!
You are not alone. We have been there, we get it, and we can help.
Who we are:
We are a group of peer support volunteers who have all been impacted by the symptoms, stigmas, challenges and joys (yes, joys) of ADHD. We are adults with ADHD, parents of children, teens, and young adults with ADHD and spouses/ partners of adults with ADHD.
What we do:
We provide free, confidential support (up to two phone calls) for adults, parents/ caregivers of children, teens, and young adults, and spouses of adults with ADHD, through listening, sharing our own experiences, and offering information.
The Now What? Peer Support Program is a free service of Valley ADHD.
