Valley ADHD

An online resource center for individuals and families living with adhd in the pioneer valley

Assessment & Treatment

The first step in this journey is speaking with your healthcare provider.  We've included a list of local providers, clinics that conduct assessments and evaluations, prescribers, and psychotherapists with expertise in treating ADHD.

Support

You are not alone. We've been there, we get it, and we are here to both support your challenges and celebrate your successes. Find the supports that make the most sense for you or your child - parent support group, adult support group, women's accountability/co-working group, ADHD coach, academic tutor, or education advocate.

Education & Resources

Are you new to this and need more information or want to dig deeper into a specific aspect of ADHD? Find a list of reputable ADHD websites, books (for all ages), periodicals, newsletters, blogs, podcasts and more.

Volunteer

Are you a parent of a child with ADHD, an adult with ADHD, or partner of someone with ADHD and interested in helping others? Consider becoming a peer volunteer and provide phone support for someone in need.
