ADHD peer support program
Do you or someone you love struggle with ADHD symptoms? Do you suspect you or someone you love might have ADHD? Or have you recently received an ADHD diagnosis and are not sure what to do or where to turn? So, NOW WHAT?
You are not alone. We have been there, we get it, and we can help.
Who we are:
We are a group of peer support volunteers who have all been impacted by the symptoms, stigma, challenges and joys (yes, joys) of ADHD.
What we do:
We provide free, confidential support for adults, parents/caregivers of children, teens, and young adults, and spouses/partners of adults with ADHD through listening, sharing our own experiences, and offering information.
The Now What? Peer Support Program is a free service of Valley ADHD.
